CDF
The fieldbus modules of the Connection Device Fieldbus (CDF) product family enable the simple and fast integration of 4Dpro identification sensors into industrial networks. In addition, types with different fieldbus interfaces are available. The external connection module can be mounted on all common industrial profiles, and the status LEDs remain clearly visible for effective diagnostics. The bus address and operating mode can be set directly on the module using a rotary encoder switch, without the need for configuration software. When it is possible to integrate the CDF into the conveying equipment and easily reach the location, a 4Dpro sensor (such as the CLV615-F) connected to only one cable allows for installation deep in the equipment.
