The MB1 mechanical latch is the ideal complement to the non-contact safety switch and safety locking device from SICK. The precise guidance of the actuator increases the tolerance of the door offset and ensures the normal function of the installed safety switch at all times. In addition, the mechanical latch effectively prevents the excitation element from breaking. As a result, failures are eliminated and a high performance level is achieved for the overall construction. Additional options such as articulated locks or emergency releases reliably prevent unintentional access by maintenance personnel.
