- Sealed with no leakage, hydraulically driven diaphragm, maintenance-free.
- High-precision inlet and outlet check valve
- Equipped with an adjustable pressure relief safety valve and an automatic oil‑refilling limit valve, it ensures metering accuracy.
- Dual diaphragm with rupture alarm function (optional).
- PTFE diaphragm, with a service life of ≥10,000 hours; metal diaphragm, >3,000 hours. Flow rate can be adjusted manually, automatically, or via digital frequency control.
- Maximum suction head: 4.2 m water column
- Medium temperature: PTFE diaphragm ≤ 120°C, metal diaphragm ≤ 200°C
- A variety of pump head materials are available, including PTFE, PVDF, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, and others. The maximum applicable fluid viscosity is less than 2,000 cP.
