- The joystick is mounted on a ball bearing.
- The cast-iron housing features three M20×1.5 cable entries, facilitating cable routing.
- The belt misalignment switch is equipped with two normally open contacts and two forced‑open normally closed contacts.
- Thanks to its robust design, the equipment ensures continuous, trouble-free operation even under extreme operating conditions.
Operating Mode
- When the rocker arm is actuated by a conveyor belt that has deviated from its guide track, the safety contacts within the switch close, thereby stopping the conveyor belt.
- The system can only be restarted by pulling the reset ring (key ring) after the cause of the fault has been eliminated.
