General-purpose Series High-Voltage Inverter HC1000
The HC1000 series high‑voltage variable frequency drives meet the IEEE Std 519‑2014 and GB/T 14549‑1993 standards for power‑supply input, eliminating the need for a separate input filter and thereby reducing harmonic‑mitigation costs for users. The system boasts a high power factor, obviating the requirement for a power‑factor correction device, which effectively decreases reactive power consumption and lowers the required input capacity. The drive’s input is stepped down to the secondary side via a phase‑shifting transformer and then subjected to phase shifting; a multi‑pulse diode rectifier is employed to provide an isolated power supply to the power units, thereby suppressing most of the harmonic currents generated by individual power units.
