Four-Quadrant High-Voltage Inverter HC2000
The HC2000 series four-quadrant high-voltage variable frequency drive is built on a four-quadrant platform and features a novel regenerative rectifier topology. Compared with the previous generation, its footprint has been reduced by 50%, significantly saving installation space. It supports both open-loop and closed-loop vector control for induction motors, permanent‑magnet machines, and electrically excited synchronous machines. In addition, innovative Torque Prediction Control (TPC) and Feedforward Compensation (FFC) technologies ensure that hoisting systems can achieve zero‑speed hovering. The drive is suitable for a wide range of applications, including mine hoists, downhill belt conveyors, wind, hydro, and gas‑turbine power generation, as well as drag‑load test benches and pumped‑storage systems.
