WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump
The WQ series submersible sewage pumps (11–22 kW), developed by Shanghai Kaiquan, comply with the national standard GB/T 24674-2009 “Submersible Electric Pumps for Sewage and Waste Water.” Drawing on the strengths of similar products both domestically and internationally, this series integrates existing sewage pump offerings and features an innovative, overload‑free hydraulic design, making it a true full‑head submersible pump. Furthermore, comprehensive optimization has been applied to its mechanical structure, wiring, sealing, protection, and control systems, resulting in higher configuration levels, superior hydraulic performance, greater versatility, and enhanced reliability.

- Universal Design: Pump modularization and motor standardization ensure a high degree of versatility.
- Smart Cloud Monitoring (30 kW and above): Real-time data acquisition and transmission to the smart cloud platform for pump vibration, bearing temperature, winding temperature rise, and pump seal failure, enabling remote monitoring.
- High reliability: short shaft extension, mechanical seal self-cleaning technology, and dual cable sealing.
- High configuration: standard equipment includes SKF bearings, Burgmann mechanical seals, H‑class insulated motor, and a wear‑resistant ductile iron impeller.
- Primarily used in wastewater treatment plants, municipal sewage lift stations, waterworks, irrigation and drainage systems, water diversion projects, and integrated pumping stations for the conveyance of sewage, wastewater, and stormwater containing solids and long fibers.
