W40 - Cast Iron ODP

The W40 motor is designed to operate in environments with minimal dust and humidity. It features a “B” design for frame sizes 254 through 444/5T, and an “A” design for frame sizes 447/9T and 5010/11T. These motors are specifically engineered to deliver optimal ventilation, cooling, and performance across a wide range of applications.

  • Manufactured from FC-200 cast iron—combining superior casting quality with high mechanical strength.
  • Starting with the 315G/F model, it is equipped with internal fins.

 

End cover

  • The surface features optimized air inlets, ensuring effective air distribution and minimizing the risk of water ingress.
  • The robust design delivers high vibration and shock resistance.
  • Compatible with SPM vibration sensors

 

Junction box

  • The design features ample internal space, facilitating operation and cable connections.
  • End caps with diagonal openings enable easy and secure connections.
  • Easy to replace and install (B3T, B3D, B3E)
