MASFLO-OVAL II (FHA, FHB)
Thermal mass flow meters/controllers capable of measuring or controlling a wide range of gases. Suitable for gas flow measurement and flow control in gas supply systems, gas‑mixing processes, pilot plants, semiconductor manufacturing, research laboratories, and other applications.
