G Series Metering Pumps
Designed for high efficiency in small pressure, high flow water treatment applications
Characteristic
The G-Series metering pumps, ideally designed for water treatment applications, are capable of handling flow rates up to 12Bar and 5100L/h.Combining heavy-duty industrial drive technology, advanced design and manufacturing processes, this mechanically actuated diaphragm pump reduces flow restrictions and reduces the possibility of media contamination of the hydraulic fluid, ensuring safe delivery.
Vantage
- Simple design. The pumps have fewer moving parts and are compact and lightweight.
- The G-Series features a stroke-adjustable eccentric drive.Multiple hydraulic ends and three foot sizes are available.
- Reliable performance.Corrosion-resistant aluminum case reduces heat buildup from high-efficiency motors in harsh environments.
- Long-term cost advantages. This pump provides reliable performance with minimal maintenance, reducing the cost of ownership throughout the life of the pump.
Performance Parameters
- Maximum pressure 12 bar
- Maximum flow rate up to 5100l/h
- Adjustment ratio 10:1, +/- 1% steady state accuracy
Appliance
For small pressure processes
G-Series metering pumps are suitable for a variety of applications such as chemical dosing, water and wastewater treatment plants, industrial processes, agriculture and more. These pumps are reliable and capable of dosing a wide range of chemicals such as ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate, polymers, alkali metals, sodium hydroxide, acids, anti-scaling and anti-foaming agents and other coagulants/flocs, sludge and water treatment, pH control and regulation and desalination.
