The slot sensors of the WFnext series are used for label detection, sign recognition or double board detection as well as for the detection of holes, edges and various objects.The design principle of integrating the transmitter and receiver in the same housing eliminates the need for calibration.The sensors can be installed simply by selecting a fixed fork width (between 2 mm and 120 mm) and the corresponding fork depth (40 mm, 60 mm or 95 mm).Thanks to their short response time and high resolution, SICK's WFnext slot sensors can also detect small, flat and fast-moving objects.
