Field of application
The GMS800 is a product family of extractive gas analyzers which can measure more than 60 different gas components. The GMS800 is characterized by its modular design: 6 analyzing modules, one gas module, I/O modules and a control unit. Standardized 19” plug-in housings can be used for economical system integration. In harsh industrial environments, wall-mounted housings with approvals for Ex-zones according to ATEX are used.
- Emission monitoring according to EN 15267 and process gas measurements, even in explosion-hazardous areas
- Emission monitoring with very low concentrations
- Measurement of sulfur compounds in process gases
- Measurement of very low concentration in hydrogen or hydrocarbons
Device properties:
- 6 different analyzer modules
- 4 different types of enclosures
- Gas module with sample gas pump and/or control sensors
- New enclosure type for easy and quick integration
- Remote diagnosis via Ethernet with SOPAS ET software
Benefits
- Suitability tested according to EN 15267 and EN 14181
- Installation in non-explosion-hazardous areas and explosion-hazardous areas (Zones 1 and 2 according to ATEX) possible
- Modular design for minimum service and maintenance as well as easy upgrading of existing installations
- Adjustment possible without test gases via optional adjustment unit
