LXRH
The LXRH Free Beam Level Sensor provides continuous level measurement of liquids and bulk materials in sanitary applications. The distance sensor uses a non-contact measurement method. Thanks to its hygienic design, adapters and special sealing concept, the sensor meets the high requirements of the FDA and the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). With a high accuracy of up to 15 m and no dead spaces, the sensor is ideal for use in storage tanks, process vessels, as well as mixing, filling and metering systems in the food and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, the non-contact measuring principle simplifies the installation process. No calibration is required. Parameterization can be done via IO-Link as well as Bluetooth and the app, or even with a mobile end device. The 360° status LEDs and color coding also make it possible to read the sensor's operating status from a distance.

advantage

Monitor the liquid level easily and accurately
LXRH radar sensors use non-contact 80 GHz radar technology to measure liquid level height. It enables dead-end measurements directly on the sensor. The LXRH provides accurate data with a measurement accuracy of +-2 mm over the entire measuring range up to 15 m. Centralized signals ensure reliability. The measurement quality is not affected by difficult installation conditions or harsh operating conditions such as condensate formation and sedimentation media (e.g. curd).

plug and play
This free-beam radar sensor can measure the level at distances of up to 15 m and is therefore universally available. Thanks to IO-Link and WPAN technology, the LXRH is particularly easy to install, and thanks to the media-independent radar technology, there is no need for calibration at the measuring point.
Virtually maintenance-free
Since the LXRH is not in contact with the medium, the sensor is not subject to wear and tear from aggressive and abrasive media. This guarantees a particularly low maintenance requirement.
Visualization of liquid levels
The operating status of the sensor can be read by means of a 360-degree status LED, which displays pre-defined information in various colors and signal modes.
The LXRH radar sensor is quick to install and ensures smooth and continuous level measurement in sanitary applications, regardless of the medium to be measured.

Ideal for hygienic applications
Food processing and pharmaceutical applications require permanently reliable and highly accurate level data. The non-contact measuring principle of the LXRH radar sensor prevents aggressive media from clogging the sensor or deposits from affecting the measurement accuracy. Thanks to a wide range of hygienic adapters and specially developed sealing concepts, the equipment also meets the particularly high requirements for hygienic and sterile environments.

Easy to clean
The hygienic design prevents media residues from adhering to the sensor. The non-contact measuring principle avoids the presence of spray shadows on the sensor during cleaning.
Adapters are available in a wide variety of ways
With a variety of adapters, the LXRH can be used on many common process connections and is therefore highly versatile.
Widely certified
LXRH also meets the stringent hygiene requirements of agencies such as the FDA and the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). The sensor also holds a 3.1 material certificate and a calibration certificate.
LXRH level sensors provide reliable and accurate detection of liquid levels in the food industry and pharmaceutical applications over the long term.
