Flow sensor with energy measurement function The FTMg thermal flow meter measures gas flow, temperature and process pressure, making it a cost-saving all-rounder. Thanks to its high measurement dynamics and low pressure loss, it enables the detection of non-corrosive gases with high energy efficiency. The high-contrast color display not only makes the FTMg easy to operate, but also displays multiple measurements in the process graph. Seven days of internal data logging and integrated statistical evaluation help to find trace leaks in pneumatic systems. In addition, PoE can be easily connected to a PC or cloud based on the web, making energy consumption transparent. All measurement data can be transmitted via IO-Link or via switches and analogue signals.

FTMg is characterized by a lightweight and compact structure. As a result, it is easy to install, even when space is limited. Thanks to the rotatable display in 90° steps, the measured values can always be easily read out, regardless of where the sensor is mounted in the pipe. The FTMg's menu makes it easy to select different reference standards that comply with DIN or ISO. However, individually defined reference values can also be easily adjusted using the device. In addition, the configurable outputs can be easily adjusted to the desired application.
