Troubleshooting: No Discharge & Insufficient Flow

No Discharge of Liquid

Possible causes and solutions:

  1. Clogged filter and inlet pipeSolution: Clean thoroughly.
  2. Ball valves at inlet/outlet blocked by foreign debrisSolution: Clean thoroughly.
  3. Poor sealing/air leakage in inlet/outlet ball valvesSolution: Tighten the ball valves firmly to ensure a tight seal with the valve seat.
  4. Loose or fallen-off inlet/outlet sealsSolution: Inspect carefully (note: there are 4 seals in total, top and bottom).
  5. Damaged diaphragmSolution: Replace and reinstall the diaphragm.
  6. Seized connecting rod assemblySolution: Option 1 – Repair: Disassemble the connecting rod components, grind rusted areas smooth with a file, and apply lubricant. Option 2 – Replace the entire connecting rod assembly.
  7. Burned-out motorSolution: Replace the motor.
  8. Adjustment cam set to "0" position (zero flow)Solution: Adjust the cam to a non-zero scale position to restore flow.

Insufficient Flow (Below Specified Requirements)

Possible causes and solutions:

  1. Reduced flow due to improper adjustment of the cam(Factory default: maximum flow at "10" position; adjustment may have lowered the flow rate).
  2. Ball valves at inlet/outlet partially blocked by small foreign debrisSolution: Clean thoroughly.
  3. Filter and inlet pipe partially blocked by small foreign debrisSolution: Clean thoroughly.
